Yuriorkis Gamboa wins versus Jorge Solis via TKO, in the fourth round of their bout at the Adrian Phillips Ballroom of Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey, according to international sports sites.

Gamboa, the WBA and IBF featherweight champion from Cuba, has raised his fight record to 20-0 with 16 of his wins via KO.

It was Solis‘ first knockout loss of his career. The former WBA featherweight champ‘s record went down to 40-3 with 29 wins via KO. Solis is from Guadalajara, Mexico.

Solis had a good start in the first round. However, Gamboa send Solis down to the canvas twice in the second round. Solis went down again, flat on his back, in the closing seconds of the third round. In the fourth round, the Cuban star send Solis down for the fourth and fifth time. The referee then stopped the fight in Gamboa‘s favor.
