QC Court denied ABS-CBN petition against Willing Willie

The controversial TV show of Willie Revillame on TV5, Willing Willie will start on October 23, but not as a noontime show, as reported at Manila Bulletin recently.

According to the newspaper, Willing Willie will be aired this coming October 23, from 6:30 pm to 8:30pm, which was reported to have been launched on October 13 at the World Trade Center.

The event was attended not only by some celebrities and Willie’s fans, but also be some top TV5 or Kapatid Network officials including owner Manny V. Pangilinan.

Also present to support the former ABS-CBN TV host are Viva’s Vic del Rosario, and Willie’s chief legal counsel, Boy Reyno.

Meanwhile, Manila Standard reported on Wednesday that the legality issue of the said show will be decided by a Quezon City RTC on or before October 29, 2010.

This is after ABS-CBN requested a TRO against Willie Revillame and not to engage with any other TV network, particularly his upcoming non-noontime show at TV5.

It can also be remembered that ABS-CBN filed a countersuit earlier, asking for almost a total of P500 million against Willie Revillame for all the supposed damages the TV host had allegedly caused them.
