VGX 2013 Awards: Spike VGX 2013 List Of Winners Presented

The 2013 VGX Awards held on December 7, 2013 is formerly the Spike Video Game Awards (VGAs) and this year is the first event under the new title.

It is an annual award show that recognizes the best computer and video games of the year hosted by Spike TV. For this years event, the show was presented in different format compared to the previous years. Extended demos of next-generation games were showed, premiere game trailers, one-on-one interviews, and “a more intimate studio setting.”

This years VGX 2013 “Game of the Year” nominees are “BioShock Infinite,” “The Last of Us,” “Grand Theft Auto V,” “Super Mario 3D World” and “Tomb Raider” and the complete list of this years VGX 2013 winners are the following:

The Spike VGX 2013 was hosted by actor Joel McHale and co-hosted by video game journalist Geoff Keighley. The event was aired lived on Spike TV and was streamed on Xbox One, Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, Twitch, iOS, and Android devices. It was also aired on the websites of Spike, GameTrailers.com, Comedy Central, MTV, MTV2, and BET.
