Unique’s ‘Wherever You Are’ feat. Charice Now Available at iTunes Japan, interviewed at HMV

Unique’s ‘Wherever You Are’ song featuring Charice is now available at iTunes Japan, while the two singers were interviewed at HMV Japan which was published on its official website on Tuesday.

The song was written by US songwriter Claude Kelly who collaborated with Japanese record producer Jeff Miyahara, and a teaser video was uploaded at YouTube last December 1, 2010.

The ‘Wherever You Are’ song is only one of the 15 songs included in Unique’s first full-length album, ‘From Brooklyn to You’, distributed by Manhattan Recordings and is schedule for release on December 22, 2010.

Apparently, the two singers were interviewed at HMV Japan and were asked about each others’ impression and to Japanese music, their inspiration in singing, as well as the history of ‘Wherever You Are’ song.

Unique Zayas is a 21-year old African-American RnB singer whose music career is now being established in Japan, who also has worked with Chris Brown and Ne-Yo and during the “Up Close and Personal” concert tour.

‘Wherever You Are’ by Unique featuring Charice was released on December 15 at iTunes Japan only as of this writing, and no further information has been revealed about its release elsewhere.
