Twins Named After Obama And Romney In Kenya (Photo)

Millicent Owuor, a 20-year-old mother in Kenya named her twins after U.S. President Barack Obama and Mitt Romney, international news sites reported on Friday, November 9, 2012.

According to reports, the twin boys were born at the Siaya District Hospital in Nyanza province, Western Kenya.

“I named the first twin Barack and the second one Mitt,” Owuor was quoted as saying by Reuters news agency. A photo of the twins, as shown below, is now circulating on different news sites and blogs.

Kenyan newspaper, The Standard, reportedly said that the twins were born just a few miles away from the village of Kogelo, where Obama‘s father was born.
