Tuscaloosa, Ala., Arkansas and Oklahoma Storms Update: Death Toll Rises at 17

The state of Alabama was hit by strong storms and winds that left seven people dead, according to several international sites.

According to reports, about 17 fatalities were confirmed during the storms that hit Alabama, and earlier storms in Arkansas and Oklahoma.

The recent storms that hit the US is considered as the most tragic in the nation’s history.

According to the Alabama Emergency Management Agency, mmong the areas were lifeless people were found are Alabama‘s Washington County, Mississippi‘s Greene County, and Boone‘s Chapel community.

Roofs of several homes were taken off and other houses were uprooted by the strong winds. Businesses were affected and shelter has been a problem for affected families.
