Tiger Woods, from golf’s world champion to mediocre, had lost to Spain’s Alvaro Quiros in the Dubai Desert Classic 2011, as reported by Sports news sites February 13, 2011.

It was another lost game for 35 year old Woods, who had ranked poorly as well, in the Farmers Insurance Open in La Jolla. Although Woods was apparently annoyed with his performance, he is optimistic that he can recover in time for another World Match Play Championships on February 23, 2011.

Alvaro Quiros won in a superb display of skill and power. He outplayed James Kingston, Dane Anders Hansen and Tiger Woods.
