“The Biggest Loser” winner John Rhode takes home title and grand prize

John Rhode, 41,  took home the title “The Biggest Loser” and grand prize of $250,000, as announced by several international news sites, December 14, 2011.

According to reports, John Rhode, “The Biggest Loser” Season 12 winner, began the show weighing 455 lbs. and ended at 220 lbs. John Rhode is apparently surprised with the result saying, “I still don’t know how I did it, but I’m grateful”.

“Anything is possible. I’ve been given a new life. Now I just want to keep working hard, stay focused and help people,” he further added.

Trainer Bob Harper, supposedly impressed with John’s attitude, was even quoted saying, “I knew John was going to win the very first day he came on the Ranch.”

“John was a very vocal, focused and straight to the point,” added trainer Anna Kournikova.

John Rhode received the prizes after beating out  best players Antone Davis and Ramon Medeiros.
