Thanksgiving Day is fast approaching and although it is known for relaxing with friends and family around the dinner table, it is often stressful planning the all-important meal.
Cucina Antica Foods Corporation, a family owned and operated company located in Westchester County, New York, posted new Thanksgiving recipes featuring Tuscany Pumpkin Pasta Sauce.
Inspired by the Tuscany’s rustic autumn harvest, Chef Neil Fusco unveiled this recipe, which had the following ingredients:
- pumpkin puree, water
- imported Italian San Marzano tomatoes
- heavy cream, honey
- carrot puree, butter
- sea salt, onions, garlic
- citric acid, basil, black pepper
- parsley, spices, rosemary
- cinnamon, sage
- xanthan gum (a natural thickener)
Tuscany Pumpkin Pasta Sauce is available at Cusina Antica’s website for $7.99.
In addition, they also had Pumpkin & Pancetta Crostini for sophisticated appetizer, and Pumpkin Risotto, an elegant side dish for turkey.
