In his 2010 Thanksgiving Day message, President Barack Obama wished all Americans a happy Thanksgiving on Thursday and renewed his call for bipartisan cooperation in dealing with the major concerns that the US is facing, according to international reports.

Obama described how the first family will celebrate Thanksgiving Day. He explained that it will not be different from any other Americans since they will spend the day with friends, relatives, sharing good food and playing football. The US President reminded Americans to think about those in need and thanked all those Americans serving their country and communities, including soldiers on guard around the world to volunteers at local soup kitchens and food pantries.
