Texas Monster Winter Storm slows down business area

The National Weather Service forecast of a monster winter storm has greatly affected businesses in the Northern part of Texas suburb, according to news reports.

Before the getting hit by the winter storm, gas stations  were busy as cars who lined up to fill up their gas tanks.

People also filled up grocery stores and packed their baskets with items that will carry them through several days of weather forecast.

School districts north of Dallas have closed due to the winter storm. Other businesses have closed and residents stayed inside their homes, expecting to see as much as four inches of snow.

Based on the NWS forecast, temperatures above freezing will not be experience until Friday.

RESULT IN DANGEROUS WIND CHILL VALUES THIS MORNING. TEMPERATURE
READINGS IN THE SINGLE DIGITS AND NORTH WINDS OF 10 TO 20 MPH
WILL RESULT IN WIND CHILL VALUES OF 5 BELOW ZERO TO 14 DEGREES
BELOW ZERO FOR MOST OF THE AREA. A WIND CHILL ADVISORY IN EFFECT
