Team Final Boss Big Winner For Major League Gaming 2010 Championship

Major League Gaming (MLG), the largest eSport gaming league finished its 2010 season last weeked. Report said, the competition started Friday and ended Sunday evening at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas.

According to Deborah Fleck of the Dallas Morning News, hundreds of gaming enthusiasts came from around the world to show their skills and to battle for the title glory and win up to $700,000 in prizes.

The event was also reported to be the ultimate competition in Major League Gaming‘s (MLG) 2010 nationwide live competition circuit.

“The incredible atmosphere and intense level of competition at our 2010 national championship event has been unprecedented,” Sundance DiGiovanni, co-founder and CEO of Major League Gaming was quoted saying.

“We’re proud to not only crown our best performing players here today, but to claim an extremely successful 2010 live event season for MLG that has welcomed almost 100,000 competitors and spectators from around the world. We look forward to embracing even more formidable gaming talent in our 2011 season.” DiGiovanni added.

This year’s game competition, Team Final Boss won $100,000 and was crowned the 2010 Major League Gaming Champions title for playing the main event “Halo 3” in the MLG Championships.
