The Hot Wheels Double Loop Dare challenge, which was held on Saturday, June 30, 2012 in Los Angeles as part of the Summer X-Games 2012, was a success after two drivers broke the world record for racing two vehicles in a largest loop, as shown in the video below.

As featured by ESPN on Saturday afternoon, Hollywood stunt driver Greg Tracy and two-time Formula Drift champion Tanner Foust drove two life-size Hot Wheels cars at the six-story height double vertical loop, which is being noted as the world’s largest double loop ever.
According to the report, Tracy and Foust accelerated up to 52 miles per hour and hit seven times the normal gravity (7G) at the 66-foot double-loop track as earlier planned, with Tracy, who drove for the Team Green, going first and Foust followed shortly after.
“That was unbelievable. I tell you what, I’m at a loss for words. That was absolutely the coolest thing I’ve ever done. It was a handful trying to land it and get it slowed down. I knew Tanner was right behind me and I was just hoping we weren’t going to tangle before we got to the end.” Tracy was quoted in the report.
“The moment when it’s go time, the heart rate slows down, the adrenaline goes away, and it’s a matter of letting it happen. That was pretty hardcore: the 7 Gs … I almost felt my chin hit my lap, I think, in the loop. I felt like I was in a toy.” Foust reportedly said; who drove for the Team Yellow.
The Hot Wheels Double Loop Dare, which measures two football fields long, was modeled on Mattel‘s Hot Wheels Double Dare Snare toy racetrack set, with Foust and Tracy notably breaking the earlier record for driving at the largest loop, which was made Chinese driver Li Yatao in a Lotus 5 Sportback last September and was set at 42 feet.
