Hazlett, a former world champion skydiver, started conceptualizing Stops and Targets in 2002. He created a software tool that provides investors a real time analysis of stock market conditions, suggests investment candidates, and a risk management system that secures profit and minimize losses.

Stops and Targets tracks symbols from the Russell 3000, hundreds of Exchange Traded Funds (ETF’s), three major indexes and selected e-mini futures index such as E-Mini S&P 500 (ES), E-Mini Dow (YM), E-Mini Nasdaq 100 (NQ).

Hazlett explained that “If one reduces investing to the bare basics, the three essential pieces of information that must be known are when to buy, what to buy, and when to sell. Finding answers to these three questions sounds simple in concept, but sustained success in the market eludes many who try because they don’t know where to look to find the timely answers and guidance they need.”
