Spokeswoman of CBS Corp.’s Simon & Schuster confirmed that they just recently moved up the publication of Steve Jobs’ biography to October 24, as announced by several international news sites, October 6, 2011.

According to reports, the new publication date of “Steve Jobs” by Walter Isaacson marks the second time of alteration because it was previously scheduled to come out by November 21, 2011.

Apparently, Mr. Steve Jobs, the widely admired Apple co-founder who died Wednesday after a prolonged illness, was last interviewed by Mr. Isaacson four weeks ago, before and after he stepped down from his post as the CEO of Apple.

Related reports reveal that the book will contain scene indicating Mr. Jobs’ awareness that he was going to die soon. Similarly, reports claim that Mr. Jobs’ rare collaboration on the said biography makes it highly anticipated by many.

Mr. Isaacson, the former editor of Time Magazine, had written popular biographies of Benjamin Franklin and Albert Einstein.

Steve Jobs”, which is available for pre-ordered, is said to have rocketed the Amazon.com best-seller list Wednesday night and presently tops the list.
