Space Shuttle Atlantis: Bad Weather May Delay Final Mission Launching

The launching of NASA’s Atlantis, the last Space Shuttle, maybe delayed because of bad weather, which is predicted to last until Friday. This was disclosed by international news sites, July 7, 2011.

It is all systems go for the Atlantis crew who has been ready for the scheduled liftoff at Cape Canaveral on Friday, July 8, 11:26 a.m. (EDT.)

This is the final launching of NASA’s 30-year space shuttle program, which has spanned 135 missions.

According to further reports, bad weather could bring rains and thunderstorms that may cause the delay of the Space Shuttle Atlantis’ historic launching. It was also predicted though, that the weather would improve as the weekend approaches.
