September 4 Update on Hurricane Katia and Tropical Storm Lee, National Hurricane Center Public Advisory (Video)

An update issued September 4, 2011 on Hurricane Katia and Tropical Storm Lee by hurricane trackers and by the National Hurricane Center (NHC) shows Tropical Storm Lee moving slowly towards the Florida Panhandle.

This is expected to produce heavy rainfall and isolated tornadoes, with a Flash Flood Watch still in effect in Escambia, Santa Rosa and Okaloosa counties.

NHC reported that at 10:00 AM CDT, Sunday, September 4, Tropical Storm Lee is located 29.9°N 91.9°W, with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph, moving North East at 3 mph, with a minimum pressure of 966 mb.
