A genuine Russian spy story is unfolding in the case of the lovely Katia Zatuliveter, who is an alleged Russian spy. She may be deported for reasons of espionage. This is according to international news, December 6, 2010.

Zatuliveter works for Britain’s House of Commons as a parliamentary secretary under MP, Michael Hancock. She had possible access to some sensitive files. Colleagues expressed their disbelief with her alleged espionage activities though, and stated that there was no way she was a threat to national security.

Zatuliveter looks glamorous and chic that people would not suspect that she maybe a spy. But Anna Chapman, a previous Russian spy has the same “celebrity-like” aura around her.

M15 revealed that they have been watching her for 6 months before her arrest last week. Parliament is looking now into the implementation of  “an enhanced criminal record check” before applicants are finally accepted to work.

Zatuliveter, on her part, believes she has nothing to hide and would appeal her case.
