Rudy Gay delivered game winner for the Grizzlies against the Heat

The Memphis Grizzlies snapped their five-game losing streak by beating the Miami Heat 97-95 on Saturday, November 20, 2010 at the FedEx Forum, Memphis, TN according to NBA.com. Rudy Gay connected on a fadeaway jumper against LeBron James at the buzzer to give the victory to the Grizzlies.

Dwyane Wade did not play due to a sprain in his left wrist he suffered in Friday night’s 95-87 win over Charlotte. Udonis Haslem on the other hand, went down with 1:25 left in the third quarter with a sprained left foot.

James‘ dunk tied game for the 12th time at 95 apiece. However, Gay came back with the 13-foot game winner.

Zack Randolph still led Memphis with 21 points and 13 rebounds despite being benched by coach Lionel Hollins together with O.J. Mayo for a quarter as punishment for being late for the pregame shootaround. . House had a season high for Memphis with 20 points. Mike Conley had 16 points, Gay 15, and Marc Gasol 11.

James led the Heat with another double-double with 29 points and 11 assists. Chris Bosh added 20 points for Miami.
