Apparently, Rick Santorum’s ad entitled “Today” suggests being a spoof of Jon Huntsman campaign ad entitled “Tomorrow” showing a motorcycle rider as teaser for his 2012 presidential bid.

But unlike in Huntsman’s ad, the motorcycle rider on Santorum’s ad flew to the air and fell into the ground, with the former US senator announcing his plan to run for president in 2012 two weeks ago.

Earlier, Jon Huntsman also released similar videos that serve as a countdown to his announcement, which he made also on Tuesday at the Liberty State Park, in New Jersey.

Meanwhile, reports say that Rick Santorum’s ad is a message to the former Utah Governor and US Ambassador to China, who failed to sign the Susan B. Anthony List’s Pro-Life Pledge.

“Today. Hasn’t signed the anti-abortion pledge. Just like Mitt Romney …” a message on Rick Santorums video ad reads, noting another 2012 Republican presidential candidate, former Massachusetts Governor Mitt Romney.
