Great Britain‘s Prince Charles posed as DJ in Canada on Tuesday, May 22, 2012, as shown in the video below, during his four-day tour in the country, along with his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

As noted in British news sites that day, Prince Charles paid a visit to Yonge Street Mission, a youth center music studio in Toronto and tried a DJ learning session, as part of celebrations marking the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee.

Apparently, the 63-year-old heir to the throne of Queen Elizabeth II, who turned himself into a weatherman reporting in live TV via BBC Scotland early this month, received a lesson in record spinning and even wore an oversized headphone.

Prince Charles, outfitted in a gray suit and striped tie, was seen a bit awkward at first when he first laid his fingers on the record on the turntable, trying to learn some mixing skills like DJs do, and made a ‘scratch’ as told by his “teachers”.

Later, Prince Charles seemed to be more relaxed and somehow started to enjoy the music, and eventually earned praises from the staff members after he finished a sequence, with the future King of England smiling at them.
