Hollywood actress and model Pamela Anderson is being sued by her former boyfriend over the promotion of Panorama Towers in Las Vegas.

According to TMZ on Monday, June 27, 2011, Laurence Hallier, Pamela Anderson’s former boyfriend, recently filed a $22.5-million countersuit against her for allegedly failing a business deal.

Apparently, Anderson and Hallier signed a deal back in 2006 when they were still dating, which states that the former BayWatch star will help promote the condominiums for sale.

Back in February, it was Anderson who filed a $1-million lawsuit against Hallier for allegedly not keeping his promise that she will be given her own condo unit at Panorama Towers.

This is in return for her appearances to promote the said establishment, with Hallier reportedly said that Anderson should not be given a condo and claimed that she did not follow their deal.

This time, Hallier is suing the 43-year old actress for the supposed loss in sales of Panorama Towers condominiums which was said to have reached to $22.5 million.
