According to the PAGASA DOST update as of 5am October 19, Typhoon Juan (or Megi) continues to move towards the South China Sea.

PAGASA-DOST has lowered the Public Storm Signals for Cagayan and Isabela, which are now both under Storm Signal No. 1, as of 5am, October 19.

If the storm is Signal No. 2, there will be no classes for elementary and high school classes, as well as pre-school classes.

Meanwhile, all college students will be included in the list of no classes once a storm Signal No. 3 was announced.
