Ontario Milk Recall: Organic Meadow Traditions and Farm Boy Recall Due To Glass Fragments

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) issued a Health Hazard Alert dated April 6, 2011 informing the public that certain Organic Meadow and Farm Boy brand milk may contain harmful glass fragments.

The public are warned not to consume the milk products. The manufacturer, Organic Meadow Inc., recalled the products voluntarily from the market.

The affected products are sold in 946 mL glass bottles with Best Before date of AL 17 (April 17). Below is the list of the affected products as published on the Health Hazard Alert:
