The new line of Logitech keyboard is reportedly durable, water resistant and washable.

Cleaning the keypad of the new Logitech keyboard has become easier since users can rinse it up to 11 inches of water. The device quickly dries up with the help of holes at the back of the keyboard.

Other reports say that the new input device provides comfort in typing while sporting the usual familiar layout. The new keyboard was described to be sleek and has a thin feature.

Character keys are labeled using laser printing and protected with UV coating for durability and resistance to washing.

Logitech claims that the keys of its new keyboard is durable as it can last up to five million keystrokes.

In a statement, Logitech Senior Director of mice and keyboards Sophie Le Guen explained that “We’ve all experienced that moment of distraction – followed by panic, when a cup of coffee or a soda spills all over your keyboard. Because life and its messes will happen, regardless of how careful you are, Logitech designed the Logitech Washable Keyboard K310 to look and function like new, even over time.

K310 is said to be compatible with Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows 7. The keyboard is a plug and play device that do not require any driver.
