A new Jeremy Lin shoe is reportedly being poised by Nike, just like the one in the photo shown below, as the “Linsanity” craze continues to spread for the newest NBA superstar, who was undrafted in 2010.

According to Counter Kicks on Tuesday, February 14, 2012, a credible source said that Nike plans to capitalize for a new Jeremy Lin shoe “Linsanity” edition of Nike Zoom Hyperfuse 2011.

As noted in the report, the new Jeremy Lin shoe is being flavored up with the colors of his team, the New Yorks Knicks, which won on Wednesday night against the Sacramento Kings (100-85), their seventh straight win.

Jeremy Lin is being seen wearing a black and white Zoom Hyperfuse 2011 when playing at NBA and sometimes a white and blue version, with the 23-year old American-Taiwanese basketball player starting to make a name in the league.

Apparently, ‘Linsanity‘ started to rise when New Yorks Knicks, which used to let him stay on the bench, won over the New Jersey Nets last February 4 (99-92) with Lin making 25 points, 5 rebounds, and 7 assists; all career-highs.

Later, the Knicks won over Utah Jazz, Lin‘s first career start and had 28 points and 8 assists, and then against the Washington Wizards, where Lin had 23 points and 10 assists, his first double-double stats.

However, the most surprising ones were when his team won against the Los Angeles Lakers and Lin scored a new career-high 38 points and had 7 assists; as well as his game-winning 3-point buzzer beater against the Toronto Raptors (90-87).

As of this writing, Nike has not yet issued a formal announcement for the supposed Jeremy Lin shoe Linsanity edition; with Lin, who was named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week in last week’s pick, now has a career high assists of 13.
