Mount Rushmore is at the center of the spotlight again as a suggestion to add former president Ronald Reagan comes to the forefront in US news this February.

Ronald Reagan has celebrated his 100th Anniversary, February 18 and has been the 40th US president.

The idea however, was not widely accepted by other groups aside from the Republicans. Mount Rushmore National Memorial in South Dakota has been a national shrine to 4 greatest US presidents namely, Abraham Lincoln, George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Theodore Roosevelt.

For some people, Ronald Reagan does not deserve to have his face carved in granite at Mount Rushmore because according to them, he has been a divisive figure.
