Mohammed Madani alias Madani Lion together with his Music Masters rap group has inspired the Libyan people with their rap songs, according to reports by several international sites.

Reports say that Madani and his group has been recording session in a small rooftop studio on top of a residential building in Benghazi, Libya. Freewheeling rap scenes in Benghazi shows its great influence in the eastern part of Libya during the past two months.

The increasing number of cadre of amateur rappers with theme aimed against the repressive rule under Moammar Gadhafi has defined the revolution.

Over a dozen rap songs were recorded during the uprising against Gadhafi. The songs were burned on CDs with rebel-inspired cover and sold in downtown Benghazi.
