Julien’s Auctions Gallery will auction off the items of the Holmby Hills, California home that Michael Jackson was renting at the time of his death, as announced by several international news sites, November 9, 2011.

According to related reports, the sale of various house contents will comprise items left behind by Michael Jackson who passed away inside the property dated June 25, 2009.

Auctioneer Darren Julien was reportedly heard saying, “We want to preserve the history of these items.”

House contents purportedly include paintings and sculptures Michael Jackson surrounded himself.

Apparently, hundreds of items up for sale in the auction include the queen-size bed where Michael Jackson slept.

Michael Jackson’s name is allegedly not mentioned in the promotional materials for the auction happening on December 17, 2011. The Jackson family is seemingly aware of the auction and has made certain that the event does not use Michael Jackson’s name to help sell the items.

The house, where Jackson lived with his three children from December 2008 until his death, is reportedly up for sale separately.
