Transformers” movie director Michael Bay has reportedly listed his Santa Barbara home as “house for sale” worth $6.8 million, as shown in the photos below.

As noted at Realtor.com on Wednesday, August 31, 2011, the Michael Bay home, which was designed by award-winning Santa Barbara architect Jan Hochhauser, was built in 1993.

Hochhauser‘s architecture firm projects include Reagan Ranch Visitors Center and Gallery in Santa Barbara and the Huntington Museum in San Marino, as well as various multi-use facilities and multi-family residences.

According to the listing, the single-family home is located 926 Buena Vista Avenue, Santa Barbara, California and features beautiful outside scenes such as ocean and island views.

The two-story Michael Bay house, which occupies 5,400 square feet, has 4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, and sits on a landscaped 1.3-acre lot with gated entrance and a three-car garage.

In addition, the features an infinity swimming pool, a spa, hardwood floors, an open floor plan, with kitchen and dining area being open up to the yard and surrounded by a patio with fire place.

Meanwhile, Michael Bay‘s latest and third Transformers movie “Transformers: Dark of the Moon” reportedly made around $1.1 billion worldwide since last July, when it started showing on theaters.
