Mercedes-benz Recall Vehicles Due to ‘Weak Electrical Connection’

A Mercedes-Benz recall has been issued on cars sold in the US and Canada due to ‘weak electrical connection’, according to the German company.

The 2014 Mercedes-Benz recall of C Class Sedans include C300, C300 4Matic, C350 and C63MG vehicles.

Reports say that about 284,000 Mercedes-Benz cars, built from 2007 to 2011, are being recalled.

According to Mercedes-Benz, the ‘weak electrical connection’ result into failed or dimmed tail and brake lights. The condition may put car owners to risk of rear collision.

As of posting, Mercedes-Benz has not received any incident report relative to the current recall process.

The latest recall by Mercedes-Benz is considered as the largest initiative by Daimler AG.
