According to Harold Camping, the founder of Family Radio Worldwide, the start of the end of the world is on May 21, 2011. Camping and his followers believe that the “Rapture” will occur on this day when God would gather all believers and save them as the world starts to come to an end.

Recent news items dated May 10, however stated that the prediction of Judgment Day contradicts what the Holy Bible says about Christ’s second coming:

“Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.”

According to the Holy Bible, Jesus Christ also said:

“But about that day or hour no one knows, not even the angels in heaven, nor the Son, but only the Father.”  – Matthew 24:35-36
