According to TMZ on Wednesday, November 16, 2011, the suit filed by Mariah Yeater, who earlier claimed that Justin Bieber is the father of her three-month baby, was quietly dismissed late last week.

In addition, the report said that Lance Rogers and Matt Pare, both lawyers of Yeater, have withdrawn from the case. Bieber allegedly fathered her baby, named Tristyn Anthony Markhouse Yeater.

As reported earlier, Mariah Yeater filed a lawsuit against the 17-year old Canadian pop singer after claiming that they had an intimate encounter in October 2010 after his concert in Los Angeles, and did it in a bathroom.

Yeater, 20, was interviewed by Kevin Frazier at CBS’ “The Insider” last week and insisted that Justin Bieber is the father of the baby. She even walked out from the interview when asked about her credibility.

Meanwhile, the ‘Baby‘ singer have strongly denied the allegation and noted that she never met Yeater. John Terranova, who claims he is the former boyfriend of Mariah Yeater, also said that Bieber is not the father of the baby.

Justin Bieber recently said that he plans to submit to a DNA test to prove that the accusation in wrong, but also said that he plans to sue Yeater and her lawyers for the false allegations.
