Despite winning the fight, Pacquiao expressed a bit of dissatisfaction as he was bothered by a leg injury during the middle and latter part of his bout against Mosley, as revealed by the champion during a post-fight interview.

The pound-for-pound champion admitted that his movement was affected by the same injury he suffered during one of his fight with Erik Morales.

According to Pacquiao, “In the middle rounds my legs got tight. I went to move but it was tight. … I have to work on my legs because my legs were hurt.”

Pacquiao vowed to work on his leg problem together with his coach, Freddie Roach, so that he will not experience it again on his next fight, which could probably be against Floyd Mayweather Jr..
