Apparently, the first video was taken from a vehicle behind the Land Rover, and the second one came from a CCTV pointed at the street, with both YouTube videos uploaded on Thursday, April 26, 2012.

The first video, titled “Flight of the SUV” has a date of 2007.03.12 but the video description said that that the Dash cam date is incorrect and that the incident happened that day, April 26, as someone was heard speaking in Russian language and was likely surprised on what happened.

On the other hand, the second video, which has no audio, has clearer view details particularly when the rear part of the SUV went upwards and dropped on its left side and rolled over nearly two times, with the manhole cover seen being thrown and stopped near the vehicle.

According to the Russian title of the said video as translated to English, the incident occurred at Sochi, a city in Krasnodar Krai, with people who were near the area including the driver of the vehicle on the first video were seen approaching the troubled SUV.

Later, the driver of the Land Rover was seen getting off and did not seem to be hurt, and has no companion when the incident happened, but looked confused and scratched his head frequently; with the manhole cover notably not flat but a cylindrical object with a square grate across the top.
