After six seasons and 230 episodes, Little People, Big World comes to an end. Despite its lack of standard reality show scenarios such as team eliminations, sexy contestants and bickering contestants, the show became a ratings hit in 2006. The show features a normal American family where the parents and one of their four children happened to be “little people.”

When Little People, Big World debuted in 2006, it caused a buzz because it shines a rare light on how to go through life as a dwarf, a physical condition affecting thousands of North Americans.

The reality show features Matt Roloff, 49 and his wife Amy, 48. Their 20-year-old son Zachary is also a dwarf, though his twin brother Jeremy is not, or siblings Molly, 17 and Jacob, 13.

Over the years, the show featured the Roloffs as they celebrate holidays, go on vacations and achieve milestones as they go about their daily lives.

On the back-to-back finale episodes, the twins will be seen exploring on moving into their own apartments. Meanwhile, Matt and Amy will consider selling their home for the last 20 years.

Little People, Big World back-to-back finale episodes start at 8:00 pm ET on TLC.
