Lindsay Lohan posed as Elizabeth Taylor in a magazine back in 2006, as shown in the photo below, and is now going viral, with photos of the two actress are now being compared after Rosie O’Donnell commented on Lilo playing the role of the late Hollywood actress.

As reported earlier, Lindsay Lohan will play as Elizabeth Taylor in a new TV film about the life of the late Hollywood actress titled ‘Liz & Dick‘, which will be based on the love story of Liz Taylor and ex-husband actor Richard Burton.

“I have always admired and had enormous respect for Elizabeth Taylor. She was not only an incredible actress but an amazing woman as well. I am very honored to have been asked to play this role.” Lohan, 25, was quoted in a statement, with ‘Liz & Dick‘ to be released via Lifetime Television.

Meanwhile, Rosie O’Donnell was a guest at Today’s show last Tuesday and criticized Lindsay Lohan on her role as Elizabeth Taylor, suggesting that the 25-year old “Mean” actress should not play the role of the Hollywood legend.

“I feel very sorry for Lohan, I think she needs a lot of time away … She’s had a lot of trouble doing every single movie, including SNL.” O’Donnell was quoted as saying, with Lohan responding on Tuesday night via Access Hollywood.

“It’s funny that someone you don’t know at all can say something so intrusive and so knowing,” Lohan reportedly said, with Lindsay Lohan and Elizabeth Taylor now being observed if there is a resemblance between them or not.

Apparently, the photo where Lindsay Lohan posted as Elizabeth Taylor appeared at Interview Magazine cover in June 2006, which was taken by Karl Lagerfeld, and is now attracting mixed reactions, which is being compared to a photo of Liz Taylor during her younger years.
