According to Miami Herald, Miami police arrested Ms. Gloria James and was charged for slight battery and disorderly intoxication on Thursday morning, after she got mad when her car was not delivered on time.

On a statement released by Miami Beach Police Department shared to the media, their office received a call that Gloria Marie James, 43, allegedly assaulted a valet of Fontainebleau Hotel named Rockfeller Sorel.

Sorel, 30, a North Miami resident, described to reporters on the video below how LeBron James’ mother slapped her face, as the latter reportedly had a strong alcohol odor on her breath.

Meanwhile, LeBron James, who was earlier reported to have made a business deal with Fenway Sports, told reports that he could not comment since he was at home when it happened.

“It’s a sensitive subject. It’s a personal matter and it’s being taken care of,” LeBron James was quoted as saying, adding that he was resting that time after a Miami Heat-Milwaukee Bucks game with his team lost, 90-85.
