Miami Heat superstar player LeBron James was confirmed to have bought a South Beach mansion house in Coconut Grove apparently worth $9 million, as published in US news sites on Wednesday.

According to the reports, county records show that the sale was closed on November 12, 2010 while initial reports were published at the Miami Real Estate Blog a week after.

Real estate broker Alex Shay posted that the former owner of the house had informed him after he heard that LeBron James had bought the house.

As mentioned in the news, LeBron James’ house is a three-storey mansion which is overlooking the Biscayne Bay and the exact address is 3590 Crystal View Court, in Coconut Grove.

The house is 12,178-square-foot house wide; has six bedrooms, eight and a half bathrooms, a wine cellar, a library, a home theater, a three-car garage, and a guest house.

In addition, it has an infinity pool and a dock where two 60-foot yachts can fit.

News also said that records revealed the house was purchased by Suite 823 Investments Florida LLC, the Cleveland headquarters of LRMR Marketing, which is a company LeBron James have founded along with two other friends.
