Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber top the list of 2010 MTV Europe Music Awards winners, which was held in Madrid, Spain.

As published at MTV.com, Lady Gaga won three awards for her ‘Bad Romance’ including Best Song, while Justin Bieber won two awards including Best Male.

The show, which was aired in the US on MTV2 on Sunday (November 7) at 9PM, entertained fans with the stunning performances of Rihanna, who performed her hit ‘Only Girl in the World’, and Miley Cyrus sang her ‘Who Owns My Heart’.

Meanwhile, Kate Perry took the stage for the first time as a married celebrity and sang Fireworks.

The artists who won an award who performed were Ke$ha and Linkin Park, while both Lady Gaga and Justin Bieber were not present physically to receive their awards.

Lady Gaga, who is currently on her Budapest tour, accepted her awards while wearing her signature outrageous get ups.

Other hand, Justin Bieber, who was then acting as the event’s digital host, accepted his awards via satellite and thanked all the artists and fans who said are his inspiration.
