Lady Gaga’s old apartment in New York City, where she reportedly lived for three years when she was not yet famous, is now for rent, $1,850 a month. Photos are available below.

As noted at Citi Habitats late last week where the apartment is listed, the complete address of Lady Gaga‘s former residence is 176 Stanton St., Lower East Side, Manhattan.

“Former abode of the infamous Lady Gaga — legitimately! A statement reads on the listing, as noted by broker John English, citing the apartment to have one bedroom and one bathroom, and pets are allowed.

“Sporting French doors, a marble bath, and a spacious floor-plan, you’re a hop-skip-n-jump from the trains and steps from the hottest nightlife in NYC.” The statement added, with the photos suggesting that there is no closet.

“When I first moved down there, I just didn’t have a lot of money to pay rent,” Lady Gaga told MTV in a recent interview, talking moving from her family home near Lincoln Center to the Lower East Side.

“I got a job as a waitress and my dad paid half my rent for three months in a row until I got on my feet.” The ‘Born This Way‘ singer added, with recent reports saying that she gives half of her income from LLCs, Team Love Child and Mermaid Music to her father.

Lady Gaga, 25, whose real name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta and recently reached 45 million Facebook fans, reportedly started to stay in the said apartment in 2005.
