As noted at MTV on its official website on Wednesday, November 02, 2011, comedian Rob Delaney is suing Kim Kardashian for divorcing Kris Humphries after being married for 72 days.

“I’m suing Kim Kardashian and Ryan Seacrest and E! Entertainment Television and Comcast for perpetrating what we now know to be a hoax, their marriage. It can’t be real. I want them to stay married.” Delaney was quoted on the report.

I want them to stick it out, so as an incentive, I am suing them for monetary damages — but only $18 million, not a lot. That’s just what she was paid for the wedding episodes themselves.” He added.

According to the report, Delaney stressed out that he does not hate Kim and wanted her to be happy instead. He noted that he want Kim to re-consider things since the marriage was too early to end.

As reported earlier, Kim cited “irreconcilable differences” when she filed for divorce. Allegedly, her wedding was estimated to be worth $20 million, but Kim and Kris reportedly made $17.9 million.

On the other hand, Kris Humphries said he was devastated upon learning that Kim filed for divorce and noted that he will do everything he can to make the marriage work.
