Justin Bieber‘s Ferrari was pulled over again by cops; and just what happened last month, it was borrowed by his friend and the ‘Baby’ singer was not inside the luxurious car. But luckily this time, no one was hurt or killed. However, the man behind the wheel was allegedly caught driving without a license.

According to TMZ on Friday, February 1, 2013, Bieber‘s car, a Ferrari 458 Italia, was stopped by police in West Hollywood, Los Angeles at around 1:30 a.m. that morning, citing tinted windows. It was learned that the white Ferrari was driven by Justin‘s friend Lil Za and the 18-year old Canadian pop superstar was not inside the vehicle.

As noted in the report, Lil Za, who is also known for being a friend of and Lil Twist, was put in the back of the police car, and appeared to be arrested. He was cited but was released later; and no further details of the incident were revealed.

Meanwhile, E! News said that a woman was sitting in the passenger’s seat, citing eyewitnesses, but she was not identified. Consequently, a man driving an SUV arrived and parked at a nearby gas station. He was apparently seen fetching Za and his female companion.

Nevertheless, this is not the first time that Bieber‘s Ferrari was caught by cops without the singer in it. His fans would remember the incident on New Year’s Day when the same car was also pulled over by California Highway Patrol (CHP) in Sepulveda Boulevard, also in LA.

That time, it was rapper Lil Twist driving the car. Chris Guerra, a 29-year old freelance photographer (but not a paparazzo), reportedly crossed the street in an attempt to take photos of the Justin‘s car, was hit by another car, and died.
