According to Mashable that day, the iPad Head Girl ad is part of Cosmopolitan’s promotion for its CFG magazine app which was made available at Apple App Store on the same day.

The said ad video, which has currently more than 240,000 views, was reportedly created by Thinkmodo, a viral marketing company owned by Michael Krivicka.

As noted in the report, the actress was able to see via a hidden camera inside her purse and a pair of video glasses inside the helmet, while the assembled iPad head has four video screens.

Apparently, the iPad Head girl can be seen walking around Bryant Park in New York City as people began to notice her weird look and others, mostly men, even went closer.

On the latter part, a man seemed to be attracted to the iPad Head girl and browsed the screen of the iPad on her face, which showed some of the features of CFG magazine app.

Incidentally, CFG is the first online Cosmo magazine for men, and the CFG app costs $1.99 per issue, $3.99 per month or $19.99 per year.
