The rumored release of Apple iPad HD in September is buzzing the internet as several international technology sites reported the issue since Thursday, July 7, 2011.

According to a report by Joshua Topolsky of This Is My Next website, the new Apple tablet will be called “iPad HD” and will feature a high resolution screen of 2048×1536. This means that iPad HD will double the resolution of the iPad 2.

However, reports added that Apple‘s iPad HD is not yet iPad 3 and will just be a complementary version of iPad 2, similar to the relationship of Macbook and Macbook Pro laptop models.

The rumor on iPad HD was also reported by Craig Berger, an FBR Capital analyst. Berger coined “iPad 2 Plus” for the new Apple tablet which he predicted to be available in time for the holiday season. He added that the device will have a 250-300 ppi of pixel density.

Apple, however, has not given any confirmation of recent rumors about an upcoming version of their popular iPad tablet.
