As noted at US news sites that day, Herman Cain said he will address the public on his plans for his bid to become the next President of the United States of America.

“Tomorrow in Atlanta, I will be making an announcement,” Cain was quoted as saying at a town hall meeting in Rock Hill, South Carolina on Friday; who noted that this would clarify exactly what his next steps are.

“But nobody’s going to get me to make that prematurely, that’s all there is to that.” The former Godfather’s Pizza chief added, whose appearance on Saturday in Atlanta is being expected to be between 11 a.m. and 2 p.m. (local time).

Cain, 65, is currently facing a new controversy in his 2012 presidential campaign, as a woman named Ginger White went on public on an Atlanta TV Fox 5 last Monday, November 28.

Apparently, Ms. White is claiming that she had a 13-year old relationship with Mr. Cain and ended only right before he announced his presidential campaign, which he denied via CNN an hour before the woman came out.

Earlier, a total of four women accused Herman Cain of sɛxual harassment and misconduct during his time as CEO of National Restaurant Association, with two of them Sharon Bialek and Karen Kraushaar, came out in public.

With the current controversy pulling down his name and reportedly affecting his political campaign, some observers are quoted in reports that Cain is likely to announce that he will quit the presidential race.
