The last film of Harry Potter, “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2,” premieres Thursday, July 7, 2011 in London. The 8th and final movie, excites hundreds of fans at the Trafalgar Square, Central London.

The devoted fans, who queued for days to get a glimpse of the stars, are both excited and sad that the old Potter magic is about to end. According to international news sites, July 7, some fans, who came as far as Sweden and Canada, have camped out since Monday to see the last adventure of the hugely successful film.

The cast and crew, including the three main characters, Harry Potter (Daniel Radcliffe), Hermione Granger (Emma Watson) and Ron Weasley (Rupert Grint,) will parade from the Trafalgar Square to Leicester Square which will be “turned by wizardry” to become the famous Diagon Alley.

After a decade long of spells and magic, the 7 films have generated more than $US 6 billion worldwide. The amount does not include the sales from DVDs.

As the end is in sight for the millions of fans who grew up in the Potter generation, everyone awaits for the world premiere.

The “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows Part 2” will premiere in North America on July 15, Latin America on July 14 and South East Asia on July 14.
