As noted at Huffington Post on Friday, April 6, 2012, Harrison Ford bought the house in in 1983 when the actor was married to his second wife, Melissa Mathison, which now he shares with his wife, Calista Flockhart and their children.

According to a listing at DavidOffer.com, the 69-year old ‘Indiana Jones’ star has remodeled the main house to exacting standards and with great respect for the original classic architecture, along with the polished wood floors, paneled walls, beautiful crown moldings, and extensive furniture.

Based on the listing at Realtor.com, Harrison Ford‘s home, designed by famed architect Gerard Colcord and built in 1951, measures 7,164 sq. ft. and sits on a 0.79 acres (34,412 sq ft) lot area, and has seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms.

Among its interior key features includes a spacious kitchen with dishwasher, freezer, garbage disposal, refrigerator, and built-in cooking appliances; as well as four fireplaces, stone flooring and tile flooring, and a cozy library.

In addition to the wide swimming pool, three detached guest suites, detached garage, and a workshop where Ford does carpentry work, the property also has gorgeous gardens and boasts both ocean and city-views.
