F1 Brazilian Grand Prix 2010 Update: Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber leads practice

Will Red Bull win the 2010 F1 Brazilian Grand Prix and take the lead in the Driver’s Championship on Race day? According to Formula 1, the Red Bull drivers Sebastian Vettel and Mark Webber has dominated the first two practice sessions in the 2010 F1 Brazilian Grand Prix.

Vettel and Webber finished first and second in the two practice sessions way ahead of the other drivers.

Ferrari driver and F1 Drivers Championship leader Fernando Alonso came in third place while McLaren‘s Lewis Hamilton is now in fourth place.

McLaren‘s Jenson Button, currently in fifth place in the F1 Driver‘s Championship, finished the practice session by checking in at seventh.

Vettel, running fourth in the F1 Driver’s Standing, is 25 points behind leader Alonso. He had a 0.482 and 0.104 seconds advantage in the first and second practice sessions over teammate, Webber.

Webber is hot on Alonso‘s tail in the Driver’s championship with 11 points separating them.

Ferrari‘s Alonso encountered reliability problems as his car stopped on the track due to engine breakdown while teammate Felipe Massa had a clutch failure.

Qualifying time for the Brazilian Grand Prix will be at 2pm, Saturday, November 6, 2010. Race Day will be on Sunday, November 7, 2010 also at 2pm. The venue of the 2010 F1 Brazilian Grand Prix is at Interlagos Circuit at Sao Paulo, Brazil.
