Elin Nordegren reportedly spent $12.2 million out of her $110 million settlement with Tiger Woods to buy a 17,178-square-foot beach-front property in North Palm Beach.

The new home of Elin Nordegren is estimated to be about 10 miles away from Tiger Wood’s own new mansion in Jupiter, Florida.

Nordegren‘s two story mansion has eight bathrooms, and a wide basement estimated at 4,700 square-foot, according to Palm Beach County records.

Woods has announced last week that he will soon transfer to his new 12-acre $50-million bachelor pad. His new mansion has a 6,400-square-foot gym/media room/bar, an elevator, a reflecting pond, a lap pool, and a 3.5 acre practice facility.

Woods and Nordegren finalized their divorce in August 2010. Both of them agreed to setup their own home near each other for the sake of their two children, Sam and Charlie.
